The platform is a casting agency that facilitates the connection between talents and artistic projects.

Services include:

• Creating a talent profile
• Applying to auditions
• Automatic talent–project matching
• Managing the media portfolio

By creating an account, you undertake to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Not create fake or duplicate accounts
• Be at least 14 years old (with guardian consent for minors under 18)
• Not transfer the account to another person

Allowed

• Creating a professional profile
• Uploading photos and videos
• Applying to published casting calls
• Communicating with the platform operator

Prohibited

• Uploading illegal, obscene or discriminatory content
• Providing false information about skills or experience
• Harassing other users
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempting to access other users' accounts

By uploading photos, videos or other materials:

• You confirm that you hold all rights to the content
• You grant the platform the right to display the content for casting matching purposes
• You remain the owner of the content and can delete it at any time
• You confirm that the people in the content have consented to appear

• Applying to an audition does not guarantee acceptance
• The operator may contact talents even without a direct application (automatic matching)
• Acceptance to an audition requires signing a separate contract
• For minors, contracts are signed by the guardian
• You may withdraw your application at any time before acceptance

For users under 18:

• Involvement of the legal guardian is required according to applicable law
• Verification of the guardian's identity is carried out before any audition participation
• The guardian may delete the minor's account at any time
• The guardian is the sole party responsible for signing contracts

The platform, design, logo and features are the property of CRI-MA PRODUCTION SRL. Copying, reproduction or distribution without the operator's written consent is prohibited.

Content uploaded by users (photos, videos) remains the property of the users.

The operator is not responsible for:

• Non-acceptance to castings
• The behaviour of other users
• The quality or performance of signed casting contracts
• Loss of opportunities
• Temporary unavailability of the platform for maintenance

The operator may suspend or delete the account in case of:

• Breach of the terms and conditions
• Provision of false information
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Harassment or abusive behaviour

The user may delete the account:

• At any time, from the account settings
• By written request to office@agentiadecasting.ro
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

The operator reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions. The date of the last update is shown in the header.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
